The Caspian Arbitration Society is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Vivian van der Kuil to the Board of the Society. She is an international litigation lawyer with experience as a former judge and public prosecutor in civil and criminal proceedings. She is a specialist in the field of limitation of liability, as well as in civil and criminal (pollution) liability and deals with insurance coverage and other shipping and energy-related commercial and contractual disputes. We are delighted to have her on board and look forward to working closely with her in the future. We believe that her appointment will serve to strengthen to the Society’s objectives and to make the Society a more attractive forum for dispute resolution.
